We are proud to announce the launch of Genesis strings. What is Genesis? Simply put Genesis is a new brand that will revolutionize the game of tennis. Currently with 2 strings in the lineup, Genesis is destined to change the way tennis strings are made. Spin X which uses a patented method where the string is heated and made with 8 external edges. After approx. 48 hours when the string cools down, the string is heated once more and this time is twisted. Genesis Black Magic offers an excellent balance of power and control. Using special chemicals, Genesis was able to make Black Magic one of the softest co-polys available on the market today.

Update on Project Eagle

For the last month, we have been very hard at work on a totally new look of our website. Codenamed Project Eagle, our goal is to offer the best shopping experience you can possibly have. We will be introducing many new concepts that have yet to enter the online tennis world. Our primary goal is to make your shopping experience painless and provide the quickest support using revolutionary methods. While the exact details of Project Eagle cannot be spoken, we can happily say that we are roughly 30% finished. What does this mean to you? Assuming there will be no delays to Project Eagle, you can expect a new look of Strings Depot Plus sometime in July.

1. Does Strings Depot Plus hand-deliver the orders, like drive to my house and deliver it to me or do you guys own a private jet and deliver it like that?

2. I’m located in Australia, can I get my order shipped via FEDEX GROUND?

3. I would like to pay with a Visa card. This will be first order from SDP. Do I need to give you all 16 numbers from my credit card?

4. If paying with a credit card, do you need the credit card #’s in order on my card or the order doesn’t matter?

5. On your website, it says my order will be delivered within 2 business days. If I ordered on Friday, is my ordered guaranteed to arrive on Sunday? ….. Since when is Sunday considered a business day!!

6. On the website, it says the string is 16 gauge, 1.30mm. What does 1.30mm mean? Is it the length of the string?
